Mrs. Remington grew up in The Dalles where she was an AP student, varsity cheerleader, ran varsity cross country, and participated in 4-H. She received her Bachelors of Science in Business in 2002 from Linfield College. In 2000 she studied abroad at The Nottingham Trent University in Nottingham, England. Mrs. Remington spent eight years in the private sector in sales and marketing of luxury products before receiving her Masters of Arts in Teaching from the University of Portland in 2011. Mrs. Remington teaches high school Math, Engineering and Social Studies at Dufur School, where she also coaches VEX Robotics and is the assistant high school volleyball coach.
When not teaching Mrs. Remington lives on a wheat farm with her husband, chickens and dog, G. She teaches hot yoga at Pure Yoga in The Dalles, and is an active member at Crossfit The Dalles. |
